Chat GPT is scared of me taking its job.

Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m a former Midwesterner who realized winter was a choice and moved to LA. I’ve written for everything from pizza chains to deli meat to a jingle about urgent care that became a full-blown music video.

I’m a writer who starts with a brain dump and ends with work that breaks through. I lead with curiosity, build from insight, and believe the best creative starts with a real conversation.

Humor is my favorite way in. It disarms people, opens a door, and makes space for connection. But I’m just as comfortable writing in a more emotional key when the moment calls for it. Some of my favorite projects started scrappy, like a one-off TikTok that grew into a national TV spot, because the idea struck a nerve and the client trusted me to lead.

I bring curiosity, craft, and a calm head when the heat is on. I believe in feedback without ego, collaboration with purpose, and work that actually makes people feel something.

It’s just advertising. But when it’s done right, it can make someone laugh, stop scrolling, or see a brand in a new way. That’s the kind of work I want to make.
