Too many members were heading to the ER for non-emergencies, driving up costs and putting strain on the system.

But when people feel sick, they don’t want to compare care options, they just want to feel better.

That’s why we created Woke Up Sick, a campaign that turned care options into a catchy jingle people could remember.

I led the concept, wrote the lyrics, and helped bring the entire idea to life, from initial pitch to final shoot, making a complex healthcare message simple, memorable, and actionable.

The client loved the idea so much, they found additional budget to turn it into a fully produced video spot.

We knew the jingle had to hit just as hard for Spanish-speaking members, so we translated the lyrics and brought it to life en español—same rhythm, same message, same easy path to care.
